Last month, Fischer & Company executives attended the eyefortransport 3PL Summit in Atlanta. The summit, attended by CEOs and senior operations executives from 3PLs as well as executives from major shipper supply chains, allows attendees a chance to discuss the challenges and opportunities in the 3PL market landscape. The tradeshow provided Fischer attendees a chance to learn about what challenges are facing companies in the logistics market place. It was beneficial to understand how important real estate objectives and goals align not only with the company’s business goal and objectives, but how they need to align with the logistics and operational functions of the organization.
“Some of the programs including New Financial Indicators and M&A were extremely beneficial because executives on the panel spoke about their anticipated growth in the future and how they measure success and failure of a M&A.” said Ted Uzelac, President.
