Fischer & Company offers internships that are designed to stimulate and provide real experience for interns within the corporate real estate services industry. Internships are offered for college credit or there are hourly waged internships for degreed candidates. Degreed and preferably licensed candidates should inquire with our HR Department about our Junior Associate program.

Interns work defined yet flexible schedules in our offices with seasoned corporate real estate professionals. Overall responsibilities vary within different teams and projects but interns are expected to make valuable contributions to each assignment.

Intern candidates looking for class credit should work with their school and Fischer’s HR Department to complete and file all appropriate paperwork in order to receive such credit.

Fischer’s interview process focuses on the applicant’s general suitability and interest in the corporate real estate industry. Ideal candidates include Junior or Senior level undergraduate students with course work in real estate, finance, general business, and psychology that are sales and service-oriented and possess a very strong work ethic.
