As an Executive Vice President of Fischer & Company, Gail is very involved in all business development and operational aspects of the company. Gail has been instrumental in developing Fischer & Company relationships with clients including FedEx, Regions Bank, Marsh & McLennan, Nortel Networks, Fujitsu, Borg Warner, Citicorp, IBM and others since Fischer & Company’s inception.

Starting in 1982, Gail was a Project Leasing Manager on various commercial developments in North Dallas and Las Colinas with Hurd Development, Richard Howe Development and Heady Development before joining Fischer & Company in 1985.

Gail’s community service over the years includes work through the Junior League of Dallas, the Cattle Baron’s Ball Advisory Board and Dallas Charity Horse Shows Founding Board Member. These organizations benefit many worthy causes including Texas Scottish Rite Children’s Hospital, The American Cancer Society, and the Children’s Cancer Fund.

Gail resides in Plano, Texas with her husband and three children.
