CHRIS JOYNER
Executive Vice President
President, Fischer Financial, Inc.

Mr. Joyner joined Fischer & Company in 1994 and serves as an Executive Vice President and a member of the Executive Committee. He oversees several strategic alliances and the operations of Fischer Financial, Inc. as the President of that organization.

Mr. Joyner heads up the Nortel Networks account and has overseen 750 lease transactions totaling 13 million square feet and several build-to-suit projects across the country.

Prior to Fischer, Mr. Joyner assisted in acquiring the office portfolio for Carter-Crowley Properties consisting of over 4 million square feet. He was responsible for over 500 lease transactions including many of the largest transactions of that time. This resulted in doubling the value of the portfolio, which was subsequently sold to Crescent Real Estate Equities.

Prior to Carter-Crowley Properties, Mr. Joyner was Vice President of Bank One where he managed and ultimately sold the income producing assets of an REO portfolio valued at over $360 million.

Mr. Joyner graduated in 1984 from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He resides in Carrollton, Texas with his wife and 3 children.
