David E. Koch, SIOR
Senior Vice President

David E. Koch joined the Pittsburgh office of Fischer & Company upon its inception in September 2001 as a Senior Vice President and an eleven-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry.

Prior to Fischer & Company, Mr. Koch was with Langholz•Wilson & Associates, Inc., a Pittsburgh-based real estate firm, for seven (7) years where he developed the Office Tenant Representation Department. These efforts concentrated on the corporate side of the transaction which included lease negotiations, relocations, renewals and build-to-suits. Mr. Koch was continually one of the top producing brokers in the Langholz•Wilson office. Throughout his career, Mr. Koch’s has been recognized in the Pittsburgh Business Times’ list of 25 Largest Pittsburgh-Area Office Leases. Mr. Koch is a two-time recipient of the Kennedy-Wilson Dealmaker of the Year national award and is a designated member of SIOR, the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, where he has received numerous achievement awards including Office Lease of the Year. As a recognized industry expert on the Pittsburgh market, Mr. Koch is regularly called on by various publications.

Mr. Koch started his career with Transwestern Carey Winston, a commercial real estate company in Washington, D.C. for four (4) years. He managed and leased over 600,000 square feet of Class A office, retail and flex space and supervised a staff of fifteen (15) in the Washington Metropolitan area. Current and past clients include:

A native of Pittsburgh, Mr. Koch lives in the South Hills with his wife and three sons.
