Fred Placke is Senior Vice President and Managing Director of the Fischer Memphis, TN office. Fred joined Fischer in 1998 in Dallas; moved to Pennsylvania, where he was instrumental in opening our Pittsburgh office and then relocated to Memphis, TN. The Fischer Memphis office is easily accessible to clients located in the Southeastern United States and services national clients such as Federal Express.

Prior to joining Fischer Fred held a variety of positions with WTA Management, including oversight for their Leasing Department, New Business Development and Client Relations.

Originally from Denton, Texas; Fred attended Texas A&M and earned a B.S. and a Masters in Finance. Fred’s expertise in finance, combined with his more than 10 years of corporate real estate experience, make him a knowledgeable and valued asset to Fischer and our clients.

Fred lives in Memphis with his wife and daughter.
