TED D. UZELAC
President

Mr. Uzelac joined Fischer & Company in 1996 as Executive Vice President and a member of the Executive Committee. In June of 2001, Mr. Uzelac was named President of Fischer & Company. Mr. Uzelac is instrumental in business development and works tirelessly in bringing new value-added strategies to Fischer & Company clients.

After working for ALCOA in various sales positions from 1981 to 1984, Mr. Uzelac began his real estate career in 1985, joining Dallas-based Vantage Companies, one of the country’s largest real estate developers at that time. He was a top producer for four consecutive years, closing more than 150 lease transactions totaling 4.5 million square feet. In 1989, Mr. Uzelac was recruited to PREMISYS Real Estate Services, a subsidiary of Prudential, as Vice President of Brokerage. From there, he was promoted to Senior Vice President, where he directed the marketing, leasing and tenant representation efforts for PREMISYS on a national basis.

Mr. Uzelac graduated from Indiana University in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Management. He resides in Dallas, Texas with his wife and two children.
