Eric T. Yonke
Senior Vice President

Eric T. Yonke joined Fischer & Company in September 2001 as a Senior Associate with seven (7) years of commercial real estate experience. Most recently, Mr. Yonke was with Langholz•Wilson & Associates, Inc., a commercial real estate company based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where he worked in the Office Department, concentrating on Tenant Representation. Having worked with such local and national companies as Maxim Crane Rentals, Ticketmaster Inc., Equity One, Stargate Industries, Chevron USA, GE Financials and Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, he has received numerous honors during his career including five (5) consecutive annual awards for Production Excellence.

Since joining Fischer & Company, Mr. Yonke is currently working with such clients as FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, and Alcoa. He has recently been promoted to Senior Vice President and is assigned to coordinate all real estate functions as Head of Home Delivery, a division of FedEx Ground. This includes over 1.2 million square feet of office/industrial space.

Mr. Yonke is a Pittsburgh native and a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University. He, his wife and family reside in the South Hills of Pittsburgh.
