Celebrating 25 Years, A Message from the CEO

Dear Friends:

As we celebrate our 25th anniversary, I look back and am both amazed and appreciative of the journey we’ve had. I have been surrounded throughout by a team of incredible employees and professionals that have continuously given remarkable effort in passionately serving our clients. To have enjoyed these working relationships has been a reminder of just how more meaningful life can be when shared with such an excellent group of people. In addition, I am truly appreciative of the opportunity we have had to work with some of the largest and most prestigious companies in the country- it is because of them that we are celebrating this anniversary. Their incredible loyalty has only inspired us to continue working relentlessly for their best interests.

Along the way, we have successfully managed to be pioneers in several areas of our industry. We established the benchmark for representing only the interests of corporate tenants in the brokerage business. This allowed us to grow from an original office of two people into a global transaction service provider for companies such as FedEx, SAP and Alcoa. We’ve also been the pre-eminent leader in corporate real estate technology. We were the first to develop a PC-based corporate real estate management system, as well as the first to migrate our technology to the Web. Now, our ManagePath^® technology solution is utilized at some of the nation’s premier corporations including GM and IBM, and our latest product, CREDashboard™, will revolutionize the corporate real estate industry.

Today, transparency and ethics in business are more important than ever before. Yet we have watched other firms consolidate into giant multi-disciplined brokerage firms who try to balance the interests of both their owner and occupier clients. At Fischer, we have stayed true to our commitment to focus exclusively on tenant representation and have never risked representing conflicting interests. This has allowed us to maintain our founding principles which include:

Today we honor our anniversary, but we know our most exciting times still lie ahead. We will continue to hone our skills as the leading provider of consulting, brokerage and technology solutions for the corporate services sector of our industry. Our latest technology application, CREDashboard, represents only the latest of what promises to be an exciting future.
