Scott joined Fischer in 2010 and serves as Executive Vice President. He brings over 20 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in law firm representation, corporate real estate (CRE), and tenant representation. Scott has earned a reputation as a tenacious negotiator and advocate for his clients.
His expertise in strategic portfolio management enables him to consistently identify and implement innovative processes for clients achieving their corporate objectives.
Working with Fortune 100 companies to smaller private organizations on a national and multi-national basis, Scott’s passionate focus on his client’s needs leads him to aggressively minimize real estate costs and maximize operational efficiencies. Philanthropic and community involvement
He is very active civically, including serving on the board of Pennsylvania Interfaith Impact Network and as former Vice-President. He is also a Catechist for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Pittsburgh, coach for local youth baseball, volunteer for the Samburu Project, and member of the Labor & Religion Council of Western PA.
A graduate of Columbia University, Scott majored in Economics & Philosophy and was on both the varsity golf and football teams.
