Chief Operating Officer
Serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Fischer, Dr. Scott Janke’s oversees all technology solution deployments, technology client management activities along with guiding company-wide support functions (Human Resources, Information Technology, and Marketing). Scott also provides oversight on outsourcing activities such as Lease Administration and software-focused quality assurance. As a longtime Management Consultant, Scott is driven to help Corporate Real Estate clients determine and resolve business issues, as well as recommending solutions that drive business value. Scott’s area of consulting expertise covers a wide range of topics, including organizational staffing models, performance management, and alignment of best practice processes to organizational strategies, technology strategy and enablement, solution selection, and business transformation.
With more than 27 years of experience in the consulting and CRE industry, Scott is a seasoned consultant in his field and brings a broad array of knowledge and skill to all client engagements. His previous experience includes Vice President of Operations at Tango, Senior Vice President at Fischer, and Director of Operations at The Abbey Company (LA-based real estate Company). In these positions, Scott led and managed multi-million dollar engagements in the areas of system selection and implementation, strategic roadmaps, and process improvement. In addition, Scott provided operations oversight, project management and program governance on key engagements. Scott developed his consulting skills early in his career while working with BearingPoint, Deloitte & Touché, and The White House.
