Andrew began his career with Fischer in 2012 by joining the Los Angeles office. He utilizes the capabilities of Fischer’s ManagePath® & Visual Manager™ technology platforms to provide high-level, industry-leading service to public and private corporations on a national scale. He is consistent in optimizing value and results on each transaction and always putting his clients’ interests first.
Andrew specializes in the sale and leasing of land, office and industrial properties. He has assisted in representing several Fortune 500 companies across the country as well as others in the transportation and logistics industry in Southern California, and always has a critical role in the transaction process.
In his young career, he has already completed and assisted in over 30 transactions in Southern California and across North America totaling over two million square feet and exceeding $50 million in transaction value. He is active among other young professionals in the area and has extensive knowledge of the ever-changing market trends.
In his free time, Andrew enjoys all that Los Angeles has to offer from hiking in Malibu to enjoying a round of golf or playing beach volleyball with friends.
