Debbie’s CURRENT RESPONSIBILITIES

In her role as Vice President of Lease Administration, Debbie oversees all aspects of Lease Administration and Audit Services. She leads a dynamic team of professionals in the day-to-day operations of providing services to Fischer’s clients.

Promoting new ideas and forward thinking, Debbie, keeps Fischer on the leading edge of Tenant Representation Services. She challenges staff to strive for process improvement initiatives, superior quality and rapid project completion. Her goal is consistently striving to make Fischer the company that sets the standard for the real estate industry.

Debbie’s EXPERIENCE

With 28 years in the commercial real estate industry, Debbie has experience in property and facility management, contract management and lease auditing. She has significant experience in managing client relationships, creating innovative solutions, and ensuring compliance of real estate contracts. Her expertise has been instrumental in creating a more automated and efficient Lease Administration process.

Debbie has personally negotiated well over a thousand Lease Audit Recoveries for properties in virtually every major market. She is an authority in the practices of Lease Auditing as it pertains to past and present practices, and has successfully recovered millions of dollars through audits for clients.
