As Vice President of Human Resources and Marketing, Jeri is responsible for the full scope of human capital practices including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and benefit administration.

As a cross-functional leader with a diverse background, Jeri serves as a member of the executive team to develop and implement enterprise-wide human resources, marketing and operational strategies and programs that help drive business results and align with Fischer’s vision and objectives. With an inherent ability to develop lasting relationships across the organization that foster respect and build trust, Jeri works with all organizational levels to promote and build a positive and productive work environment.

In addition to creating long and short-term strategies to meet forecasted hiring goals and marketing initiative needs, Jeri also oversees office operations for seven offices across the US including licensing and compliance management for all offices, brokers and associates and develops and implements processes and systems for day-to-day operations.



Jeri has over 11 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and seven with Fischer.  Prior to joining Fischer, Jeri spent five years with Duggan Realty Advisors where she focused on organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.  In addition to her real estate experience, Jeri has seven years’ experience in the banking industry and held many management roles including Assistant Vice President of Application Support and Accounting Manager.
