SCOTT’S CURRENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Scott joined Fischer in 2010 and serves as Executive Vice President. He brings over 20 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in law firm representation, corporate real estate and tenant representation. Scott has earned a reputation as a tenacious negotiator and advocate for his clients.
His expertise in strategic portfolio management enables him to consistently identify and implement innovative processes for clients achieving their corporate objectives.
Working with Fortune 100 companies to smaller private organizations on a national and multi-national basis, Scott’s passionate focus on his client’s needs leads him to aggressively minimize real estate costs and maximize operational efficiencies. With best-in-class technology, Scott delivers value-add solutions time and again.
Prior to founding Tenant Representation Associates, Inc. in 1998, Scott spent five years as the leasing manager for a prominent commercial real estate firm in Pittsburgh. His duties encompassed representing tenants as well as analyzing lease, purchase, and build-to-suit scenarios for the firm.
A graduate of Columbia University, Scott majored in Economics/Philosophy and was on both the varsity golf and football teams. Scott resides in Mount Lebanon, Pennsylvania with his wife and their four children.
